The Maryborough Specialist School offers a comprehensive
Curriculum built around the 7 Key Learning Areas specified by the Dept.of
Education, Employment and Training but modified to meet the individual needs
of the student with a special need.
Teachers use the integrated Curriculum Approach to link the 7 KLA's in topics which we planned on a yearly basis. We have a wide range of students with different abilities but teaching staff with Special Education qualifications and a small teacher/student ratio allow us to provide for those very specific individual needs. |
