The Aero Club is the operator of the Maryborough Municipal Aerodrome and is responsible for the maintenance and all future development.

By agreement with the Shire of Central Goldfields Council.

The Promotion of the Aerodrome as a Focal Point for Aircraft Servicing and Aviation Related Industries in Central Victoria is an important part of the aero club objectives.

Sites for Hangars can be arranged on very reasonable leases for a 10 year contract.

Fred Treble is the contact for matters relating to the aero club or the Aerodrome.

Pilots can arrange to have a bi-annual flight review at the Maryborough Aerodrome to become current, and continue to enjoy fun of flying. Flying Training can be arranged by contacting:

A special feature on this occasion will be Static Displays of Aviation Memorabilia housed in a Hangar, which also includes video displays. This collection, which is the result of many years of dedication by Ann Comley assisted by Alan Comley in setting it up, covers many hours of work in seeking for and recording these historical items, and should prove to be of great interest to a lot of people.
Lunch will be available . Special prizes as well. Our usual hospitality is extended to all Friends in Aviation.
