Those members who are generally making an effort with maintenance on the aerodrome must be congratulated and thanked for the hours of voluntary work which they are contributing to improving the appearance of the airport.

We must not forget the great contribution being made to this aerodrome by our member John Fisher. I believe that his developments on this aerodrome will bring about further interest by Aviation enthusiasts to want to become part of our future here in Maryborough.

Our aim is to see greater activities in flying and other aviation events on this aerodrome and this can only occur by efforts by the members themselves and also by attracting other pilots who own their own aircraft to locate here.

Membership continues to grow but the one thing we need is for more activity by other members and people to go out to the aerodrome on a regular basis and keep up with what is happening.

Accommodation can be arranged and a tour of the city provided.
