President - John Bryant
Invitation to district clubs, District Chairman, DG Kathy Roth To overview Chairman and Committee progress.

Chairman - Rod Brown
Liaise with Committees, President John Bryant and Derby Hill Youth Camp and the Maryborough Club members on progress and requirements.

Secretary - Derrick Marsden
To handle all correspondence and bookings for the committees and President John Bryant

Treasurer - Peter Walsh
Ensure that costings for the program and guests are able to meet all outgoings in conjunction with the Program Committee. To keep an accurate record of transactions and report to the Maryborough Club Treasurer.

Program - Ross Forster, David Boyes, Trevor Giles, Garry Higgins
Develop a well balanced and interesting program including bookings, accommodation allocation and variables to meals where the program is off site. Speakers will need to be dynamic and relate easily with 15 - 17 year old R.Y.P.E.N attendees. To liaise with Treasurer to establish a costing to run R.Y.P.E.N 2005. To ensure adult supervision ratio of 1 - 10 male and female is met. To invite other club members to assist in specific areas of management as and when needed.

Advertising and Sponsorships Robert Rowe, Don Bruce
To ensure that adequate advertising is undertaken plus work to attract donations from major sponsors to offset costs to Rotary clubs and attendees.

Tours and Adult accommodation Bob Osborne
To ensure a package of local information on tours and accommodation is available to participant Rotary Clubs and parents of R.Y.P.E.N attendees.

Web Page Development - Glynn Jarrett, Scott Funcich
To develop a Web Page to promote R.Y.P.E.N 2005 and assist District Web Master Phil Matheson to ensure the District Web Page on R.Y.P.E.N is bought up to date as a useful District 9780 information site.
